As an Energy Worker/Healer, I have received much guidance this past week in respect to healing our heart chakra as we move up into the high heart. The high heart is located above the heart in in my work as a healer I have come to know this place as the space in which our Authentic Self or Higher Self resides. This energy centre appears to me most often as pink and sometimes pink mingled with green. The heart most often appears as green indicating there is a need for healing within this space.
Currently we are in the midst of rapid transformation. Great changes are currently happening all around and most certainly within us. This transformation is also taking place all over our planet as well as deep within the core of our Divine Mother Earth – GAIA.
I have for many years worked with watermelon tourmaline while healing my beautiful heart. A very small slice of watermelon tourmaline which, more often than not is tucked away in my bra and to the left. Recently I was guided to purchase some raw pink and raw green tourmaline. One of each of these has also found their way into my bra and literally into my heart.
Over the course of the last week or so I have received specific guidance with respect to channeling healing to clients and much of the guidance I have received has been around the placement of crystals upon my clients bodies. The tourmalines have become a regular tool that I have been guided to use.
The properties of tourmaline are it is a crystal silicate mineral and is a variety of quartz.
Metaphysical healing properties of tourmaline are it supports positive transformation, understanding, healing, serenity, flexibility, happiness, compassion and balance.
The placement of the pieces of tourmaline have been very specific with raw pink over the heart, raw green directly above it and then the watermelon slice rests at the top. For some clients I have been guided to place a circle of rose quartz around the tourmaline and for myself I have been guided to bookend the tourmaline stack with herkimer diamonds. Anyway that, I have been guided to place the crystals the energy has always been so gentle, loving and kind.
Quan Yin, is my main guide and has strongly made her presence known in my life over the last year. I feel that the guidance I have received to pass this information along comes directly from here. She is after all the Bodhavista of Compassion, the Goddess of Compassion. And as we heal our hearts and expand upward to the high heart there is a great need for compassion and gentleness. These we are being guided to offer to ourselves as we ascend.
About Tourmaline – Tourmaline aids in help one to understand self and others. It promotes self confidence and helps to dissolve fear. It opens us up to compassion toward self and others. As well as it opens us up to inspiration, it teaches us tolerance and brings with it prosperity. This stone is a powerful aura cleanser. It does an amazing job of balancing and connecting the chakras and right now we are being guided to connect through the heart. Tourmaline is a powerful healer and help to balance or mental processes and balances left and right brain activity. Through this right brain / left brain balancing, tourmaline aids in the transmuting negative thought patterns into positive ones. This is an excellent stone to work with as we removed blocks, we have placed in the way of our living from our greatest and highest good.
Green Tourmaline is also known as Verdalite. It aids in healing and helps us to work more easily with visualization. I always feel Archangel Raphael’s presence strongly when working with this stone. What a beautiful and gentle heart opener this stone is, as it promotes compassion, tenderness, patience and empathy from deep within us. The energy that this stone emits is so very nurturing and pure. This stone is also deeply connected to the energies of Our Divine Mother – GAIA. And allows up to open up to the healing power of plants.
Pink Tourmaline, attracts love on all levels, material and spiritual and helps to bring them into balance and alignments. This stone comes to assure us it is safe to love and inspires us to connect with and truly understand this Great Truth. WE MUST FIRST LOVE OURSELVES, before we can love another or be loved by another. It helps ups to breakdown emotional pain and patterning as well as destructive thought patterns. It moves us through the heart chakra, and helps to align us with our Higher / Spiritual Self. OUR TRUE ESSENCE.
Watermelon Tourmaline to me is the perfect balance of black, pink and green. This baby is known as the “super activator” of the heart chakra and I feel strongly the balancer of the heart and the high chakras as they merge. It helps us to link with our Higher Self and teaches us to be gentle, kind, compassionate and loving toward our beautiful self. Watermelon Tourmaline also helps to alleviate depression and a sense of isolations and loneliness. It helps to heal emotional dysfunction and deep seated pain from this life and others. When used as a tool in healing it dissolves any resistance we may have toward become “whole” once more.
Working with these three stones really is a powerhouse of loving and gentle energies and this is truly what is most needed at this time. Through our own personal healing we are opening up more and more daily to the Great Truth that we are all ONE and in this together. Let do our part each and everyone of us. Today do what you must to begin to heal and for many continue to heal your beautiful, very beautiful heart. You can do this and there is much love, support and guidance all around you.
My sincere hope is that in some way my work has a positive and loving effect on the healing of humanity and our planet as a whole as we return to living from our Authentic Self at all times.
