Originally I wrote out these tips sometime in 2015. It would appear many will find them supportive in the here and NOW. Sharing with LOVE and GRATITUDE for ALL.
SELF CARE TIPS FOR NOW
BREATHE
NOW BREATHE DEEPER AS YOU BEGIN TO SETTLE INTO YOUR PEACE CENTRE
ALLOW YOURSELF AT LEAST 10 BREATH CYCLES (INHALE / EXHALE) TO SETTLE INTO YOUR INNER PEACE (TAKE MORE DEEP BREATHS IF YOU NEED, TO GET TO YOUR PEACEFUL PLACE WITHIN)
OBSERVEES HOW EASILY YOU ARE ABLE TO SHIFT INWARD
NOW AS YOU CONTINUE TO BREATHE DEEP WITHIN YOUR BODY, BEGIN TO BECOME AWARE OF ANY TENSION OR TIGHTNESS YOU MAY BE HOLDING
DO NOT JUDGE, CRITICIZE OR CHASTISE THIS TENSION SIMPLY BECOME AWARE OF IT AND WITH YOUR BREATH SEND THAT TENSION SOME LOVE
NICELY DONE!!! REPEAT AS NEEDED – LOVE ONLY LOVE
