This message came through to me back in 2012. I have been guided to share it again today as it is equally as relevant now as it was then. Energy/Spirit has no concept of time and space 
Breathe and BE.
The Universe is loving, gentle, wise and kind. It is full of love, full of blessings, full of light, full of love and full of life. It supports us in all that we do. It conspires for us. We can connect to these supportive energies with every breath we take. We can breathe love into our fears, into our life. Trust that your feelings right now are temporary and will pass. Be gentle with yourself along the way, throughout all of your days. Take a break. Take a walk. Hug a tree, sit on the earth and feel your connection to all of these things. Allow your worries and fears to be neutralized and soothed and removed by your connection to our Beloved Mother Earth. Gaia supports us in all ways.
Ask for help from God, the Angels and the Universe. Speak it aloud or say it silently in your heart. How you ask is not important. It is only important that you do ask for the help that you seek. When you do ask, observe and see what happens. Pay attention to the signs and synchronicities, that appear as they are the real and divine guidance that you seek. Tune into your heart and follow where it leads. It knows the way and where it needs to be. Allow your heart to open and lead the way. As you do, walk forward knowing that with each step you take you are guided, fully supported and loved, with each and every step.
In all situations breathe in your connection to the Universe and come back to your divine and eternal connection to the Source of all things. This connection is now and has always been through your beautiful,radiant heart.
Align your human self with your Higher/Spiritual self, your SOULS ESSENCE and trust that is no way you can go wrong. The Universe is just waiting to bestow upon you the abundant blessings, the unconditional love and the life of your dreams. It is your responsibility to ask for what you need. Peace, love, abundance and joy are your birthright. Claim it now.
You dear one are a Beloved and worthy Child of God and the Universe and today is the day that we ask you to begin to believe this. You were born to Mother Earth to be a seed of Heaven on Earth. Be that seed of change now. You dear one you are pure, eternal, love and light, we all come from the same Source. You and I bright lights are one.
