Pain Leads to Growth
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Truer words have never been spoken.
We are powerful beyond our beliefs and it is time that we came to understand this Great Truth. Please know that as you move through the layers of your pain, you can and will come through on the other side, if you so choose. We always have choices to make, and yet many of us delay ever making a decision and then we wonder why our life is the way it is. Patterns and themes repeat over and over again.
Why is this?
Well, the truth simply is that many are paralyzed by their own fears, worries, insecurities and pain. Some may choose the path of avoidance, feeling that this is the way to freedom. Yet all along the way, our pain is still there just under the surface and often times it bubbles to the surface and we quickly push it back down.
So where do we think this pain goes, when we push it back?
What I have come to know and understand about this process is that when we suppress an emotion is simply gets stored within our physical body. This means that at some point this emotional pain will begin to manifest as physical pain and dis-ease. We must courageously be willing to heal our pain. Avoidance does not work and will not produce the results you desire.
This brings me to another Great Truth. Change is inevitable. Growth optional.
It is only by courageously and fearlessly facing and moving through our pain that we experience true and profound change and transformation. Growth and our expansion into the LOVE and LIGHT that we truly are. Although you may think (ego) that you pain is just too much for you to bear, I am hear to tell you it is not. Remember this final Great Truth I am going to share with you today……
GOD DOES NOT EVER GIVE US MORE THAN WE CAN HANDLE.
Take a few deep belly breaths and please from this space choose to love yourself enough to make a decision to move forward on your path. The way through forward is through the layers of pain so that you may heal and return to WHOLENESS.
YOU ARE LOVE. YOU ARE LIGHT. WE ARE ONE.
